Description

I was told in the pub the other night that someone had already done a Bi-Polar Bear Character...

But I've googled it and while I'm not the first person to make the joke, I couldn't find anything like the character I had in mind...

Nonetheless if I've breached copyright...this isn't "the" Bi-Polar Bear...just "a" Bi-Polar Bear.

I'm tempted to name him Gerard...
